THE WHITE HORSE OF ALIH

Setting: A culture was a mixture of Malay, Spanish, Chinese, and American. On July 4th on the big American holiday.

Plot: Alih and Omar devise a plan to redeem their shame by killing someone.
Conflict: Alih and Omar want redemption fir the dishonor upon them.
Complication: When they decided to rebels and to kill.
Rising Action: When he found Fermina and the way he care for her. He found out that is Fermina because he saw the black hole on the girl's mouth.
Climax: Omar was drunk by so much drinking of tuba and because of that Omar is about to kill Fermina.
Falling Action: When Alih kill Omar for Fermina because he want to protect her.
Theme: That beliefs of the Filipinos and faith. It also tells about our many traditions.

Summary of text: Ali was a protagonist, moved along the crowd which was celebrating the 4th of July. He felt he did not belong in this town eve he has a brown color of skin. His father was Hadji back then and that he attended the Mecca. They sold their house, their boats and etc. The got work at a Chinese merchant For Lim Ching. They then went back to sea and stayed there for along time. After that, Omar thinking of killing and dying. Alih saw a girl with his friend by a carousel. He found out that that this is Fermina, his brother Omar then went berserk his sword and he killed people. Alih protected Fermina by his brother.
