Characters:
Alih - A moro who plans for killing the people.
Omar - Older brother of Alih
Imam - The village Priest
Lucy - The first girl Alih liked.
Fermina - Christian girl who served drinks

Settings: The story happened on July 4th in a city with a parade of people.

Theme: Religion, Tradition beliefs & Faith of the Filipinos.

Complication: When they decided to become merchants. There were rebels who stole their commodities.

Conflict: Everybody criticized them. The only solution they though is to kill. So to earn their morality.

Climax: Omar was drunk all along, he drink tuba. and Omar was about to kill Fermina.

Rising Action: He saw a girl in a float whom he thought as Fermina.

Falling Action: Alih killed his brother. To protect Fermina.

Summary Text:
The story starts is on, July 4th. Alih and Omar was siblings their father died because of the American Soldiers. Because of that accident, many people began to judge their family. Because of the young age of Omar he know all about what happen to his father. Alih did not want to kill because he said that he want to experience a lot of things. So Omar decided to kill People to take a revenge, and they know that killing is the way to go to heaven. But because of Omar was too drunk he thought to kill Fermina. But Alih protect Fermina so Alih killed his own brother.
